Yeah, my wife Ellie clicked this from about 300yds. away with our Canon S3 IS. Decent camera. Good auto settings. Panoramic 16×9 is neat. 640×480 30fps video is excellent.
Two downsides so far: memory card errors (which appear to be a characteristic of Canons) and no audio in for the stereo sound capture (camera mic only).
