		<description>$53,000 seems like a lot, UNLESS, there is going to be a lot of added ridership with the change.  

I LOVE public transportation, but I do think we need to keep in mind cost/benefit.  Also, why do we always think public transportation has to mean a big fat bus?  How about working out a route with OPT that runs from the county through Rogers road to  Chapel Hill, then back out that way?</description>
