Mayor and Council,

We have attached the draft Traffic Impact Analysis for the Aura Development project. Staff from the Town and NCDOT have reviewed the report and are in general agreement with the findings. A public information meeting to discuss the TIA is scheduled to take place on February 10th. Please let us know if you have any questions.
