Dear Amy Ryan,

Please turn down this proposed rezoning for Aura at Estes Dr.
because it has a negative impact:

·        Reduces traffic mobility

·        Parking spaces – 650 of them – will reduce transit use

·        No community benefits

·        Environmental degradation

·        Net loss in revenue for town

·        Minimal aesthetic appeal

·        Proposal does not follow town plans

 

 

Instead I’d like to see a nice green area and a small discount grocery store like, Lidl or Aldi. We do not have a grocery store to walk to for a long distance in this part of town, yet many people live nearby and many more are coming with UNC North campus in the near future.
