As a homeowner less than a mile away from the proposed development site, I am opposed to such a large development being considered for Estes DR by the Trinsic Development Company (based in Texas).  I feel this development is entirely too large and does not align with the values of the adjacent Chapel Hill City Area.  If approved as it stands, this new development will cause a large negative impact to the Neighborhoods and Roads surrounding it.  

Please do not approve this zoning. The current zoning is sufficient which aligns with the use and value of the community.
