Thanks, Councilmember Anderson.  I believe there is a market study being done now to investigate commercial capacity at Aura.  I have not seen it yet, but perhaps Dwight can share what he knows?

Hi Maurice and Colleen,

 

It looks like Aura is down to very little commercial at this point and if that’s the market reality, then so be it. Could we get some analysis on market feasibility of neighborhood commercial there in advance of this coming to Council?
