The neighbors are concerned about this also – it’s being pitched as a place where folks in the area can gather, but what’s the incentive if there’s no commercial?

Hi Maurice and Colleen,
It looks like Aura is down to very little commercial at this point and if that’s the market reality, then so be it. Could we get some analysis on market feasibility of neighborhood commercial there in advance of this coming to Council?
