Thank you for your time today.  I appreciate your advice.  We’ll plan on attending the upcoming advisory meetings when they are scheduled.

Attached is the list of questions posed at the November public meeting on Aura, cleaned up and categorized to aid with answering.  Judy has been very responsive and helpful, indicating these questions need to be answers by the developer.  As of today no answers have been given which adds to our nervousness about the Aura proposal.

Hello Judy, Michael and Adam,
I’m writing to provide a cleaned-up list of questions from Chapel Hill citizens posed at the Aura project public information session last fall.  

Please see the attached document that categorizes the questions in to 4 categories.  We did not alter the questions asked, just organized them by theme to hopefully make the job of providing answers easier.  These questions were pulled from the site you provided for the Aura proposal and calm from the public meeting.

As you’ll see, there is a lot of concern about traffic, water runoff management, quality of life impacts for the surrounding 12 neighborhoods and strain on city services/tax implications.  I hope you find this document useful.  We look forward to hearing responses.

Please feel free to reach out with follow-up requests for help.  My neighbors Sandy Turbeville, Julie McClintock and I worked on this one together, however we have a large group of other neighbors who are organizing to provide clarity on our concerns.  I’m sure we could draft some additional hands if you need help with something specific.
