Hi all:

 

Jess and I and the mayor’s office have been getting a lot of interest/concern from Estes area neighbors around the Aura project, specifically around traffic issues, including how the town is accounting for potential future traffic demands if the Rummel site and the parcel south of Estes develop, and if the Y expands and builds a driveway out to Estes.

 

Would it be possible for Jess, Jeanne, and I to have a preview of the modeling before the public meeting, so we can give you a heads-up on what we’re hearing and see how the modeling is addressing these concerns?
