Hi Jill, 

Thank you getting in touch with me. The project is working through the advisory boards and I'll request information on the traffic and what can/will be done to address that issue. 

In the mean time, please keep your engagement with the development. As the town planning moves more toward the conditional zoning process, there are more flexibility and more room for the developer as well as the residents to have opinions on the "conditions" of the projects. So it's crucial for the residents to keep engagement, and bring to the Council their concerns.

Hongbin,

 

Wanted to quickly express concern about the proposed high density AURA Project on the corner of MLK and Estes Drive.

 

There are many issues of concern regarding this development from storm water, environmental, and especially pedestrian safety in an area of town that already experiences congested traffic.

 

Estes Drive, as originally planned, was never meant to be a main road. Until the traffic concerns are addressed, further development in this area should be limited.
