Hi John

Thanks for all the information. I remain doubtful that we can cover all this ground as we could easily spend a meeting each on Aura and University Place. And that's not counting priorities for next year.

I want to request that we be sure to record this meeting.

Thanks!  --julie

Hi ESAB,

Things are coming in piecemeal, so I am following up with some additional details related to the list below from Friday (bold). If we get any other information, I will continue to share those updates with you ahead of Thursday’s meeting.

If anyone has any questions, please let me know.

John

Hi ESAB:

Click here to view the agenda and materials for your virtual meeting on Thursday, March 18th. A Zoom invitation will come from Scott Clark or Amy Harvey, and you may already have this in your inbox.

The agenda includes three development review applications and a request from Council that you develop and share by April 1st your top priorities for 2021-2025. Please see the details about each project below.

If you have any questions, please let me know.

Thanks,

John

We have requested the following items for each development application: (1) Energy Management Plan, (2) “one-pager” describing how the project addresses the ESAB’s review criteria and (3) a presentation that does the same. I have noted the items that are still forthcoming for each project, and I expect EMPs and one-pagers early next week ahead of the meeting. I will share any and all materials as soon as I receive them.

Top 3 Priorities for 2021-2025 to Share with Council

·         In the past this has been a set of annual priorities. This year the Council has requested your top 3 priorities over the next five years.

·         If it’s useful, I’ve attached the priorities from the last couple of years. Seeing your priority to “support the Climate Action Plan”, you may also be interested to reference the draft Climate Action + Response Plan – particularly the top priorities on page 4 and the vision “milestones” described within each of the detailed action pages. The revised version will include more detail about what’s happening between now and 2025, but it’s not ready to share. That said, I’m happy to talk about timing when we meet.
