Hi Brian,

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you, it's been a busy few days! I do think getting those folks together is a good idea. I would be happy to participate. Something to think about, given the complexities of the topic, you may want to also invite someone from Town staff, who will be far more familiar with the intricacies of local and state guidelines, private property rights, development regs, etc. that would come into play than I am.

Thank you for your time and encouragement yesterday. It’s very much appreciated.

I’m following up on the idea of bringing property owners, the YMCA, Amity UMC and representation from the town council together for a solution session on traffic in the Estes Drive area. My neighbors and I are in contact with many of these parties and believe we could broker a meeting to discuss. Would you be willing to meet with us and perhaps co-facilitate the meeting?
