To those receiving this email, the CDC agenda for March 29 (Special Meeting) has been posted (see the included agenda link below). I’ve noted a few things to keep in mind as you prep for this meeting.
1.
The meeting has a 2hr cap w/ (2) projects and (1) board objective for discussion.
2.
Staff is suggesting a 75min. review window for Uni. Inn.
a.
No official action required.
3.
Staff is suggesting a 30min. review window for Aura.
a.
Official action required (CZ recommendation to Council).
b.
A review of elevations w/ the goal of finalizing recommendation language should be an easy lift.
4.
This will leave 15min. review window to finalized previously discussed board priorities.

manner.
