Hope this email finds you well. Moving forward – the order of operation for the agenda has been amended to meet the advisory board’s recommendation. New business item(s) will go first followed by old business item(s).

Also, with regards to Special Use Permits – the advisory boards and commissions will be reviewing those applications under the old 160D rules until Town Council adopts the new 160D on May 19th.

I would like to suggest a change in the agenda for tonight's meeting.

 

Since there will likely be a number of non-board members present for discussion of the two development projects, it would be respectful of their time to discuss these projects before other matters.
