Good afternoon Mr. Mitchell,
I hope you’re doing well. I wanted to follow up w/ you regarding your recent concerns regarding the CDC chair’s discussion of the Aura conditional zoning recommendation at the meeting last Tuesday evening. First, thank you for your interest in making sure clear lines of communication and information are at the forefront of our process. Town staff including the Town Attorney have found that the actions by the commission and the recused chair were accurate according to the legal and ethical provisions that are in place.
