I went by the Aura project, which is near the top of the hill. Are we positive an RCD is being encroached upon at Aura?

hi all,

I’ve received no responses to my email below.  Please let me know if you are available to meet on Thursday, April 15, 2021 to provide comments and recommendations to the Town Council about the pending Aura and University Place applications.  These are the two projects the Board submitted a petition to the Town Council requesting an opportunity to provide input.  Links to these projects are below.

Aura:  https://www.townofchapelhill.org/government/departments-services/planning/development-activity-report/aura-1000-martin-luther-king-jr-blvd

University Place:  https://www.townofchapelhill.org/government/departments-services/planning/development-activity-report/university-place

April 15 is next week so I need to request the Zoom meeting to be set up and post the meeting and agenda to the Town calendar.

Please let me know as soon as you can.

Thank you,

Sue

hi all,

Judy Johnson sent me an email about getting the Aura and University Place applications in front of the Stormwater Advisory Board in April.  You would need to provide your input the same night.

You will have a full agenda at the regular April meeting – the 101-111 Erwin Rd application, the Eastwood Lake Subwatershed Study report recommendation, and recommendations to the Town Council for the three seats up for appointment/reappointment.  I suggest that the Board consider an additional meeting in April.  I’ve checked the Town calendar and it looks like Thursday, April 15 could work in that there are no other board or commission meetings scheduled for that date.

Please let me know how you’d like to proceed and if April 15 works for you.

Thank you,

Sue
